Bob HarvieD

Bob Harvie has been a Bucks County commissioner since 2020 and has chaired the board. Before that he was a Falls Township supervisor and taught high school social studies for 20 years. He won the May primary with 65%.

The tea ☕

  • Fitzpatrick and a friendly super PAC ran ads saying Harvie is under FBI investigation over a Falls Township corruption probe. Harvie says he was only a witness who testified to a grand jury. No charges have been filed, and legal experts told the Inquirer the ads' demands do not make sense.
  • Harvie sued the pro-Fitzpatrick Defending America PAC for defamation in August over the FBI claims. The PAC asked a judge to throw the case out, calling the ads political opinion. No ruling was reported before the election.
  • A judge rejected Fitzpatrick's attempt to remove a Bucks County election board member who supports Harvie.
