10:20 PM. NBC PROJECTS DEMOCRATS WIN THE HOUSE (121 D / 64 R, 6 flips). Senate: Alabama called for Moore (R). Ohio is now razor thin: Brown +0.8 at 75% in, NBC still leans D, our call stands but it could flip. Maine flipped to Collins +0.4 at 18%. Kansas Hamilton +13 at 69% and Texas Talarico +18 at 57% both hold up (Paxton would need 61% of what is left). Iowa Turek +11 at 35%, Michigan El-Sayed +10 at 22%, Nebraska Osborn +11 at 37%. NBC tally: Senate 46 D / 38 R.
