- Gluesenkamp Perez ran an ad with the son of a worker who died in an accident at Braun's company. The son says Braun never reached out to his family. Braun says he spoke with the son twice that same day and called the ad heartless. After their final debate, Braun told reporters he did not think she had a soul.
- Trump's new super PAC, No Going Back, had spent $1.7 million against Gluesenkamp Perez by Oct. 1, while Democratic outside groups had spent only $354,000. Her campaign blamed the tight polls on that spending gap.
