The tea ☕
- Sen. Daines said he was running, then withdrew three minutes after Alme filed on deadline day. Members of both parties called it a setup, and the state GOP declined to endorse in federal races.
- A pro-Bodnar PAC spent over $1 million on ads asking Bankhead to quit. She said 'not only no, but hell no' and stayed in, so the race is three-way.
- A county sheriff is investigating paid signature gatherers who worked for Bodnar's ballot drive. His campaign is cooperating and is not accused of wrongdoing.
